Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you named (other than the carrier), receive the work.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@universemuseum.lt before the period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Returning the work

Please return the work in its original packaging within 14 days of informing us. Framed works must be returned in their original box. You bear the direct cost of the return. Works must be returned undamaged; we may reduce the refund for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the work.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the work back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier. The refund is made to the original payment method.

Custom orders

Works made to your individual specification (for example a custom size or an image you supplied) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Damaged or faulty works

If your work arrives damaged or with a production fault, contact us with photos as soon as possible. We will remake it or refund you in full, including shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights.
