Frequently asked questions
Fine Art, Poster or Framed — what is the difference?
Fine Art is a pigment print on Felix Schoeller True RAG Silk Satin 310 g/m², issued in a numbered edition of 50 per size (plus 5 artist's proofs) with a Numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Poster is a pigment print on Felix Schoeller True Photo Glacier 300 g/m², in an open edition. Either can be framed in a slim black frame with shatter-resistant acrylic glazing, ready to hang (50 × 50 and 50 × 70 cm). Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube.
What happens when an edition sells out?
It closes for good. Once all 50 numbered prints of a size are sold, that work is never printed again in the same size and paper. Any later edition will differ in format or material and carry its own numbering. Poster prints remain available as an open edition.
Is any image generated or retouched?
No. Every print is an official science image released by NASA, ESA, CSA or the Rubin Observatory. We crop and colour-manage for print. We never add, remove or generate image content.
When will I get my order?
Each work is made to order in our Kaunas studio and dispatched within 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Delivery within the EU usually takes a further 3–6 business days.
Where are your prints made?
In our own studio in Kaunas, Lithuania, on an Epson SureColor P20500 with UltraChrome PRO12 pigment inks.
How much does shipping cost?
We currently ship within the European Union only, so there are no customs or import fees. Framed works ship free. Unframed prints: €5.90 to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; €14.90 to other EU countries, free on orders over €150.
How do I care for a framed work?
Dust the acrylic with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Do not use glass cleaner or paper towels — they can scratch or cloud the surface. Hang away from direct sunlight and damp walls.
