Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Poster and Fine Art?
Poster is a pigment print on archival photo paper, shipped rolled in a protective tube. Fine Art is a museum-grade pigment print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Metallic, shipped flat, with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
Is any image generated or retouched?
No. Every print is an official science image released by NASA, ESA, CSA or the Rubin Observatory. We crop and colour-manage for print. We never add, remove or generate image content.
When will I get my order?
Each print is made to order in our Vilnius studio, then inspected and packed. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Delivery time depends on the destination.
Where are your prints made?
In our own studio in Vilnius, Lithuania, on an Epson SureColor P20500 with UltraChrome PRO12 pigment inks.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the edition you choose, and is always shown before you pay. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country.
